Scary story

#72 Driving school

A friend (A) told me this story.

When A was a student, he and his friend B went to a driving school in another prefecture.
At the school, they became friends with two local girls, C and D.
While attending the school, the four of them always played together and got along well, but A and B had girlfriends in their hometown.
With C and D, it was just for fun on the spot, so after he got his license, they stopped seeing each other altogether.
They called A a few times, but A never even spoke to them, using answering machine or something.

A while later, C appeared in A’s dream.
She looked down and said
“I wanted to play with you a lot more…….we got to know each other so well……” She muttered and disappeared.
A wondered if something had happened to C. he tried calling C, but the line was disconnected.
He tried calling D, but she, too, was disconnected.
A didn’t pay much attention to it, thinking that if I couldn’t get in touch with her, there was nothing I could do.

A while later, I received a phone call from D.
She said in a somber voice.
“C. is dead…”
We were walking on the sidewalk together when a truck drove into us, and C was killed instantly.
C died instantly and D became unconscious.
Fortunately, D recovered well and was discharged from the hospital, but as soon as she was discharged, she was told that C had died.
She was half in a neurotic mood, wondering why she was the only one who survived.

Just as A was thinking that she had to tell B about this, another friend told her that B had been in a motorcycle accident.
B was trying to catch up with the car in front of him, and when he got out of the opposite lane, he collided head-on with an oncoming car.
A rushed to the hospital, but B died a week later, still unconscious.

A wondered if she should tell D about B’s death.
Because two of the four of them had died and he was a bit inconsolable, he tried calling D.
But again, D’s phone was disconnected.

A, feeling uneasy, called D’s parents’ house and found that D was missing.
Just after she had called about C.

From this point on, A went a little crazy.
“Why am I the only one alive now? I feel sorry for everyone.”
He felt like being crushed by such thoughts every day.

After that. A couldn’t remember clearly.
A`s mother told A about the events of those days.

~The story that the mother told me
A had completely lost her vitality and was confined to her room, not eating well.

One day, A came out of her room and said
One day, A came out of her room and said, “Mom, my friend is here. My friend is coming over, so please bring me some snacks.”
He returned to his room with a glass of juice and four glasses.
His mother wondered ‘when did they come’ and went to A’s room with the snacks.

When she opened the door to his room, she saw four glasses of juice on an empty table.
She looked toward the window and saw A leaning out the window, about to jump out.
A lives on the eighth floor of an apartment building, and a fall would result in instant death.
His mother rushed to grab him and bring him back to his room.
A said, “Wait everyone! Don’t leave me!” he shouted, reaching into the air.
She managed to pull him back to his room, but the same thing kept happening for days.

The mother was so distressed that she asked someone to introduce her to a well-known psychic to perform an exorcism.
According to the psychic, he was about to be taken to the other world by a spirit that could not be fully liberated.
