A family of four stayed at a local inn.
Late at night, the daughter or mother was found slaughtered in the bathroom.
Her whole body had been stabbed to death with a knife, and her face had been slashed so badly that it was impossible to tell who she was. The body had no tongue.
The toilet had a window about 30 cm wide and 10 cm high with a grate and a small ventilation hole, but it was not large enough for a person to enter.
It was also locked. Who could have broken in and from where?
The police interviewed the couple who ran the inn, their son, and a nearby pervert.
Since the scene was a locked room, it was thought to be a cold case.
One day, however, the son, accompanied by the innkeeper and his wife, turned himself in to the station.
The innkeeper said, “It was difficult for me to tell the truth because of my neighbors’ eyes on me, but I will tell you the story because it turned out to be a terrible thing.”
My son enjoys taking voyeuristic photographs, and I had warned him repeatedly.
On the night of the incident, he was still filming the private room from the ceiling with a video camera.

The tape contained an overhead shot of a woman urinating.
The woman was squatting over a Japanese-style toilet, and as she was about to stand up, she saw a small window through which she could see the woman urinating.
A small old woman of about 15 to 20 cm, holding what appeared to be a shard of glass, jumped in without a sound.
Before she could scream, she was slashed in the throat, then slashed all over her face and body….
As the woman expired, the little old woman cut out her tongue and part of her scalp from the corpse and

Some of the investigators vomited, some began to cry, and some were so terrified that they became incontinent.
In the end, the case remains unsolved, but a videotape of the incident is said to still be in the custody of the Metropolitan Police Department.
